Questions we get a lot
Do I need an account to book?
Yes, but it takes about 20 seconds — just your name, email, phone (or WhatsApp) number and a password. It keeps your bookings, receipts, waiver and Royal Rewards points in one place.
How do I pay?
You pay securely online by card through Stripe when you book. Your receipt is emailed to you and saved in My Account. At the front desk we take cards only — no cash.
Can I book or ask a question on WhatsApp?
Yes! Message us on WhatsApp at (901) 314-8913 and we’ll help you book, answer questions or set up a party. Bookings need at least 2 hours’ notice.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Online bookings need at least 2 hours’ notice, and you can book up to 60 days ahead. For something sooner, call or WhatsApp us and we’ll see what we can do.
Can I cancel or change my time?
You can cancel from My Account up to 24 hours before your booking and get a full refund to your card. Inside 24 hours, give us a call at (901) 314-8913.
What’s the waiver and do my kids need one?
Everyone who plays needs a signed liability waiver. Parents or guardians sign for players under 18. You can sign for yourself and your kids online in about a minute (good for a year), or sign at the front desk.
What should we wear?
Comfortable athletic clothes and clean indoor or turf shoes — please no metal cleats or outdoor shoes on the fields.
Which sports can I play on each field?
Field 1: futsal, handball and basketball. Field 2: volleyball and futsal. Soccer uses the Full Arena — both fields together. When you pick a sport on the booking page, we only show the fields that fit.
How do pickup games work?
Sign up just for yourself on the Pickup Games page. We hold the price on your card, and only charge it once enough players join to confirm the game. If it doesn’t fill a few hours before start time, it’s cancelled and the hold is released.
Why are some times cheaper?
Weekday times before 4pm are off-peak, so they cost less. Some quiet hours also go up on our Deals page, where you can bid for an even lower price.
Can I host a birthday party or team event?
Absolutely! We have an event room and fields for games. Send us a few details and we’ll get back to you within one business day with options.
